hmm.. thanks for looking at my post heres my question

i am wondering which build is better and why. pure int s/s or hybrid int s/s

can anyone tell me which build is better for pvp? pve? pvm?

and if there is already a post or guide about each build plz post it and i will check it out

and btw i did check out the search button and i didnt find anything useful.. maybe i entered the wrong search terms for what i wanted

Well, hybrid s/s is better because you can live longer when pvp against a str player. Pure int die too fast if dont have the right weapon and amor. It also depends on how hybrid you are.

1:5
1:6
1:7
and so on..... Think about this if you are a hybrid int you will be like a blader but better offense and can nuke. But you have less hp which is ok, you can use a good shield or a good set of amor to compensate for the lack of hp. With 1:2, you should have 11k hp+ at lvl80 so worry about getting killed in pvp.

Well i would choose a 1:5 hybrid it is a good pvp build in my point of view.

It depends on your playing style.

I really like hybrid. You loose nuke damage but gain HP. This makes you better in pvp if you cant 2 hit your oponnent. If you are pure int and a glavier or bow crits you it is the end of the fight. If you are hybrid you can hang on and keep fighting. Mana shield may change this a bit.

For grinding pure int would be better for nuke+lionshout=dead mob. As a hybrid I tend to 2 nuke and then move to another mob. Then kill the 1st mob with splash from 2nd book fire. I am able to grind on higher level mobs though so it might even out in the end.

80% magic balance would be the lowest I would go. 1:2 is to hybrid in my opinion. A 1:2 is a 73%mag balance I believe.

lol.. says who? before this update u might have a point, with all gear being equal i still couldnt kill lvl 80 pure str glaiver/blader/bow with spear or sword but now i can kill them with sword/shield. btw my build is 5:1

it really depends on you but hyb int is to experiment or for pros to this game. But, hyb int can last longer so stick to that.

go hybrid and weapon-fire-light.

go pure int with weapon-light-cold.

before the new skills pure int was better, now with the up to date skills hybrid is just as good as it was during the 70 cap.
