Making Chinese Character

HI, im new to this game (lv21 rouge) and decided to make a chinese guy bow!!
anyways i need to know if its best to put points into Str or Int
and stuff like Mastery/force things.. im having alot of trouble on it.

best if u go all on str. get fire,light,ice and ur bow skills.

Fire80
Imbue, Fire Shield, Mag defence
Light80
Speed, Parry, Magical Dmg
Bow80
Main weapon @ 80..of course
Cold60
Phys Defence, Mana Shield, and imbue for people who aren't immune.
Full Str
Garm
Bow
