CAN WIZZARDS OWN LATER / FIGHTING MONSTERS

Can wizzards own chinese charc in pvp later in the came? and can they fight monsters on there own later? In the same lv ?? 
If he can kill str. chinese in one hit he will own:)
But I think that's wont happen
