What would be the right outfit for a Cleric? Rob, lite Armor or Heavy Armor
I seem to die alot, very little defence becuase I have him in a robe.
Would it be better to wear heavy armor since all points are going in INT and having very little HP ?

You can't wear heavy armor. But I would go with light.

u can wear heavy armor if u lvl up a warrior mastery as sub. but its not worthing it cuz u are not ment to tank as a cler and u wont have any passive like u have for light armor or robe. anyway between light and robe... choose robe if u mostly play in party, cuz the heal is more effective, or choose light armor if u solo grind most of the time, since u have passives that increase ur phy and mag defense.

Light armour is good for party too, because it makes you survive more attacks of mobs = not dieing 1 hit = party stays alive

if you have more than one cleric in your party, then I would go with garms. if your the only one, light armor.

Personally, Im going for garmet below level 30, then after that Im switching out to light armor.

Im a hybrid cleric and can kill practically anything that cant 1 hit me (using Heal Distribution, Trial Cross and Wolf). This is working fine in garment, and Im staying with the robes till 30 because
a) The mana usage reduction
b) Speed increase
c) Healing increase

Why wait till L30 for light armor? Well I personally belive for a cleric the usefulness for garment increases at a linear rate while light armor usefulness increases exponentially. With garmet you only get 1 passive healing booster, while armor gets 2 passive armor boosters albeit at a later level.

Dont forget that your buffs are more effective with light armor, so this makes light armor not only solo friendly but party friendly.

I can without a doubt confirm that I can move faster than a light armor character when Im wearing robes. Although I have not tested it, I believe the mana reduction still applies for robes.

Its true , robes moves the fast , then light armour , then heavy armour.

Hello all, would like to share my thoughts. Well actually IMO go for garments starting from lvl 24, once you get your bless (the whooping +def buff), activate the skill and you have 1 digit in front of your phy def number which is needless for light armor in this case. But bear in mind to cast it every 48 secs at lvl 1, sad.

Just my 2 cents =)

Well, keep in mind that bless spell has a cool down of 3 minutes ;P

That is sad. Hmm since that's the matter, most probably will stick to light armor.

I started in robes, then switched to light armor.

Although I partied with a good tank, he often maxed out at controlling 3 mobs while a 4th ambushed from behind. In robes, that 4th would 1 hit KO me. In light armor... 2-3 hits, often giving me enough time to run past the tank and allow him to pull the mob off.

I'd recommend LA
