Well, i got a bit bored with my fire blader and i wanted a nuker, so i thought id make a new char. Anyways, i just need a bit of advice.

which imbue should i use? Fire or light?
My guild leader is a lvl 59 nuker and he said light does more damage with nukes, but im not sure =\.

Also, is shock lion shout worth gettting?

Another question i have is, should i get any weapon skills up? Or get enough to get lvl 30 and just use nukes?

I will either go pure int or maybe a few points into str but not necceserily(sp?) a hybrid like 2:1. Thanks for you help

If you want to be nuker then go full Int.

You won't need to use weapon skills - only nukes and imbue.

Get fire for imbue and book 3 nuke or...
Lightning for piercing force series (essential for nuker) and speed buff, Lion, Heaven, and Earth shouts.
If you can afford it get cold too for protection and the book 2 nuke.

Yes, shouts are definately worth it

If you go sword/shield you may want some points in bicheon for shield protection.

Bicheon 10
Heuksal 30

Fire 58 (Imbue, Fire shield for sword, Fire prot, Flame Wave Wide nuke)
Lightnng 55 (Speed piercing force, Grass walk, Heaven lion shout, Tiger's thunderbolt nuke)
Cold 50 (Soft guard of ice, Frost nova woods, Snow storm ice rain nuke, Cold armor)
