When it says lvl Stealth Detection lvl 3 and 8 and that stuff, What does that mean? so..lets say it says stealth detection 3, does that mean i can detect anyone at lvl 30-40? What does it mean. Thanks.

It means you can detect anybody who's stealth level is 3.
