Build dual axes? Wich Subskill

Build dual axes? Wich Subskill

Hi, i started yesterday with playing Europe, and i have chosen a dual axes build, first i started with 2:1 strenght, but i deciced to go full str at lvl 11. So i put 10 points extra into int. Is tis allright? Or do my build su ck? Wich subskill do i need to take? Is it allright that i'm wearing Light Armour?
