If your in an academy you can get on of the high levels to power level you.
Most people are against that though, but whatever.
Get a good party party from your guild or other people and grind on crabs or something.
And if you can't level past 20 you are going to hate 30+.

Theres barely any good parties around, the only last one which was good was the one since the poplikens, whatever those giants were.

It's not that difficult to find parties grinding on Crabs. However, when you do finally find one, make sure to get on the leaders good side, and get him/her to befriend you. Also make sure the leader isn't to strict, as these guys will boot you if the cleric dies even once (jackasses).
After this, try to keep up with the leaders level, as it is pretty hard to find grind parties until you hit level 25. At level 25, it is safe to search for parties killing Kokoru, the giant chickens outside Samarkand.
Beware though, these things will own you if you're not careful about your aggro management
Hope this helps, anymore questions PM me
