Should i restart? Thank for any comments

My character:
Chinese
Lvl 16
Full Int
Sos Bow
Currenlty only farmed 1000+ sp

(Plan to be a pure int nuker, but suddenly feels like changing to a bower)

Therefore, my question is, if i want a full str archer, can i just add full str in this current character whenever he levels up next time or do i need to restart a new character?

With the int added from lvl1 to lvl16 , will there be a very big difference from a pure str archer?

restart the char. i think.

int to 16 is really late to be a hybrid, you should have stopped at 10/11 for hybrid.

just turn that char into a pure int nuker

and if you want a bower, create a new pure str one.

Go pure STR from now and aim for a 80% physical balance: the liquidsmooth build. Look in the highest damage contest. With the new skills, bowers can tank; so you should go for the extra damage.
Aim for 2:1 STR balance and you should be fine.

yeah, you jsut wont be as strong as someone who started adding int at level 10/11.
