Bard skill phy attack incress. how do i use it?

I have the 10% phy damige incress for my bard and i cant use it becuse it says i need to be in the range of the music of anther player.
So dose that mean i need 1 more bard with me to use the skill? or am i missing a skill?
I just think 2 bards in one 8 man is way over kill.......

yep, you need 2 bards, one should sing/play music(damage reduction from monster) while the other should dance(10% damage increase).
you cannot change weapon but can still cast spells like mp regen.

Yea i figured this out last night... One plays a spell from the Melody series and the other dances.
