Question on Passives:

Do the passives of one mastery carry over if you attack a mob with 1 weapon, then switch weapons and attack with something else?

e.g.
if I attack with Warlock/Rod then switch to Wizard/Staff
or
if I attack with Rogue/Dagger then switch to Warrior/~whatever~

do the passives of whatever I first attacked with continue after switching weapon?

and

do the passives of the 2nd weapon activate?



Question on Buffs:

Do any buffs carry over after switching weapon? If so, which ones?

Well in my experience (Wizard/Bard)

If I have harp in hand and then I change to staff after using a skill on myself such as moving march, I retain moving march. However, my friend who is a Rogue/Cleric, used Holy Word on me and raised my str by 4. Then he switched back to xbow and the buff was gone.

Its weird. Moving march stays on if I change weaps, even on party members, Holy Word didnt. I think it's different for ever spell.

Depends on the skill. Be more specific if you can.
