So What should a s/s hybrid do Fire or ice?

Since new skills have came out, I am in a sort of delima:

I am currently going at fire/light s/s 90%int hybrid, and wondering if its worth it to switch to light/ice instead

I know its all worth it for a pure INT to go for the mana shield, but what about hybrids?

In fire there is magical defense, however ice have physical defense.
but is the sacrificed imbue and nuke damage worth it?

Its a really hard decision I don't know if I should take ice or fire? because it will take a lot of work.

and please don't give me one word answers to increase your post count, explain why plz



and remember this is not pure INT we are talking about its 90% hybrid.

the sacrificed imbue and nuke dmg is worth it but the gold it will cost (or silk) is not and neither is the loss of the magic defense buff but i still think you should at least have ice at lvl 30 for that buff

yup, lvl30 ice thats 30% dmg absorption by you MP, so you dont have to delevel fire;)
50% is needed for a full int, but you're hybrid 20% or 30% is enough...

30% absorbtion is 40 Ice unless I'm mistaken. With 32 Ice I have 24%.
20 Ice -> 20% abs
40 Ice -> 30%
60 Ice -> 40% (that's what I'm aiming at for now)
80 Ice -> 50%
