Rouge skill "Scorn" How do you use it?

Is this really a passive or an active? Because i cannot use it formyself, for my party, for monsters. What is this skill????

You use it
against other players, I think. So it's active. You'd have to come up with scenarios, where the skill is usefull, yourself (while jobbing as an example).

What do you mean?? I tried using it on other people in pvp, in partyies, in normal grinding. But it keeps saying "Invalid target" or "Cannot find target"
I am clicking the person too! But no matter what, it keeps saying cannot find target?!!

That's what I thought it was for: making it impossible for other players in PVP or doing jobs to attack anyone else but you for a set amount of time.
Did you try it out in a job suit against someone else in one? If it doesn't even work in PVP, that's the only thing left to check. Last option is, that the skill is messed up.

Yea i think the skill is bugged.

Btw, Do you know how to do the stable quest? Ive got the holy waters, but now i need to find the stable monsters... plz help =)

Got that water myself in cSRO, but never advanced further.
You can find the stable if you exit Constantinople to the western exit and move a while into the wilderness. More or less straight. Probably less, though. I can't give you a more precise description, but you will see those crossbowmen type of monsters that just not belong in that area, with some sort of sign over their head. They should be around level 13.

Oh the one in the area with misos bartis and barhelon?? So i'll just right click the holy water then kill the monsters?

No, no, thats way too far. The stable should be there before you get to any bridge or even the burned houses. Can't say anything about the use of the holy water.

I still cannot find the freaking stable mosnters. Screw this quest. Who ever wrrote the quest is so freaking stupid!!
P.S. If you figure out where the stable monsters are, please tell me. give me a coordination.
