I was wondering if someone could answer two questions of mine.

1. the skill Tuning Noise, does this skill deal 133 always or add 133 to my magic rating like a normal attack skill? This confused me a little.

2. How does Mana Cycle work? The description doesnt really explain anything so I was wondering if someone that already had it could explain it.

Tuning Noise does absolute damage, meaning it will always do the same amount of damage that is displayed no matter how high or low the mobs level...

I just use Mana Cycle to boost the MP of INT chars faster...such as if they are just shooting through there pots or haven't even finished the cool down time and need a bit of a charge...but personally if I'm switching to my harp to boost 1 persons mp thats a sign things are going either pretty bad..or too slow cause I have nothing else to do...I haven't decided yet
