ICE MaNa shieLd VS. IRONWALL(new book)

i wonder if we will be able to use ice mana shield with ironwall at same time? anyone have any idea?
im doubting we get to but they are under different skill trees so idk...help plz!
and if we can use them both at same time, i bet STR players only hit nuker for 1 dmg, lol
