Change to Ice or 3 Forces?

Hi, I have a lvl 25 pure INT char now. I have fire and lightning Masterys. But now I think about getting the Ice force because it has some useful skills such as frostwall or the passive. But i want to get Fire because of the nuke with most damage and lightning for the buffs/nuke. Do u think I should take Ice as third force or maybe do the curst heart quest to unlvl the fire/lightning force? Whatever I do it will cost some extra SP...
