Download Europe Client!

Hi people, i'm having trouble downloading the Silkroad Online Official Homepage (Only Europe Version) with utorrent. I read that it isn't compatible with Vista. Is there any other source I can use to download the client? Many thanks!

Log into your router(e.g.
http://192.168.0.1) and turn the SPI Firewall off before downloading the game though torrent.

I tried, it was already disabled

when i run the exe it says 'you're trying to run utorrent from the temporary directory in windows. this is probably not what you want to do.'
ok so i save the exe somewhere else on my comp but it still doesnt work! i can open up utorrent but just not using that silkroad exe. can anyone give me the torrent url or w.e it is so i can put it in manualy? help
