k seriously from someone who has played on csro and ksro. Which class is better overall for pve and pvp. Wizard or warlock and what subclass should it be because people are telling me that warlock sucks and others say it rocks at higher lvls.

Guy, it all depends on your gaming style. If you like DoT (Damage over Time), then go Warlock. If you like Hard hitting, then go Wizard...

wizard is stronger overall, but warlock skills look GOOD!

well i want to do alot of damage like what a wizard has, but i want to do long damage over time, but i also just want to grind without dieing because of the potion cooldown. Would it be better to have a wizard/warlock or wizard/cleric. What one would you choose, i would do either but i want a preference plz.

sounds like a warlock to me.
they have stuff to cast on people that does high damage over time, and they have an HP leech skill where you hurt the monster and suck HP out of them, so you waste less hp potions.

from what ive seen from your posts, you want people to not be warlock

personally, i think warlock has more advantage in long battles but wizards can do dmg instantaneously. however, overall the two should equal to the same. however, i think warlock has better capability in a party than wizard.

Don't make too many Warlocks. I'm going to be the best one.

even if he never played a foreign version of sro it doesnt mean he knows nothing about euro. i think hes just trying to be nice

ehh i dont know, from his comments he seems to keep people from knowing powers of warlock, if he is just trying to be nice then im sorry.

choose wizard and bard or wizard and cleric or warlock and either of those 2 supports unless you wanna rely heavily on your party, and i mean heavily.

if you donbt care about relying on people then go wizard and lock.

right when i replied to this i knew youd be asking more questions and i just wanna say shut the **** up and choose for yourself.

warlock's skills include hp drain, a lot of DOTs and 80% effect spells. Wizard is a few strong but shorter DOTs, and huge AOEs and high dmg spells, teleport and invisibility. if you want to save a few hp pots and be a solo char then go warlock. if you want high dmg and be more of a party essential then go wizard. If a warlock fought a wizard i think the wizard wins because the warlock simply doesnt have enough time to wait 10 secs for the drains to take place, whereas the wizard would kill him in 2 nukes. i wouldnt do wiz as sub for warlock because then you would just forget warlock and use wiz only. you can also have a much more useful sub as a cleric with wizard. if u try cleric sub as warlock you would find cleric being much more useful to a party and the warlock part just confuses u

you shouldnt add warlock to wizard but since you seem to want it so much that you sacrifice wizard for it just go pure warlock. just because wizard is stronger in many ways doesnt mean you have to choose it. if you really have something personal on warlock just go warlock. no1s stopping you, we're just sharing experience because we had one.
