I really want skills but i dont know what to get. I dont want to regret later on in the future.
Do u all get imbue skills? or do ui save skills pts for better skills?
and what r good fire moves and what skills shud i choose for glaive weapons as a noob?

You should at least pick 1 element... most ppl have 2 but don't get more than 2...
imbue is pretty much required you can do without it... but the extra damage is really nice I mean REALLY.
most ppl suggest getting soul spear and the pedal spear.... others are more of a preference thing...
I'd suggest putting 1 point in each skill try it out... and if u don't like it or don't use it you can always get rid of it with the lvl 20 quest. its not like theres a max number of sp u can get so no point being stingy

first u gotta decide if u wanna be a nuker or a melee/range fighter.
even if u do choose a nuker, u gotta wait till lv 30 to get ur nukes.
First, choose a weapon you really wanna use, then find a build suitabel for that weapon, THEN u choose the skills.

Some other question:
As Str-Char, would i want the full imbue line, or just the first book?

well if you really wanna be a hardcore nuker... you don't have to get weapon skills...
you could go ice/fire/light straight up
the first real nuke is at lvl 30... but there is a mini nuke in the lightning chain at 17.

i KNOW u dont get REAL nukes till lvl 30(btw is it mastery 30 or hero lvl 30?).
but i was thinking if i spend the early skillpts into weapon skills now, it'd be wasted when i could save it for the late nukes.

If you farm / gap your skill points, it shouldnt be too big of an issue. I think the real problem with masteries is in the upper levels when the x300 starts limiting your mastery level.
Before SRF, I had no idea about farming, and builds. While I still may not be completely sure about the right build for me, at least I am aware of it and can save my resources until I know.
