NEW lvl 70-90 NUKES CAN CRIT???

can anyone verify this? ive just recently seen a vid on
http://www.youtube.com that shows the new 70-90 skills, and it showed the light, ice, fire nuke criting...is this true, does anyone kno 4 sure??

No, Nukes don't Crit, and they never will Crit. The only moves that can possibly Crit are Weapon Skills, and as Nukes fall under the Force Tree, be it Lightning, Ice, or Fire, they will never be able to Crit.
Same with moves like the Lion Shout Series, in case you're wondering about that as well.
And like Hershey said, it may just be a PK2-edit. Those are quite popular these days.
