Blader / Ice / 2 : 1 for Str / Protector

Is this good build ? I am on babel lvl 35 now and my char is from 27 lvl going all to str now he is about +20 for STR. I use Ice and Garment ... But i want to start new char on Venice and later Utopia... Is this good idea : I thought to use Blade , mastery Ice and Bicheon , stat points 2 : 1 for Str and to use Protector what do you think ? My char at babel is very strong but i think not like pure chars ... so i thought this would be a good idea ? But still i need yr opinions ... pls help !!
