For nuking see above sticky.

SP farming is where you keep a distance of 9 lvls between your character lvl and skill mastery lvl, say lvl 14 char with lvl 5 skill mastery. Then killing and grinding like crazy till said character achieves somewhere from 20k to 30k sp, before closing the gap, and stop the farming.

Nuking is when you do lots and lots of damage, downside is you have low HP (Health) so you get killed easier.

SP Farming does not always have to be a 9 level gap. There just has to be a gap enough that the ratio of xp/sp is weighted more towards sp.

sir sori to disturb you but im a complete noob ingame...why do u have to keep a lvl gap between skill mastery and character lvl? does it increase the xp/sp obtained?

The higher the level gap, the more sp you get, but the amount of xp that you get goes down. So if you have a gap of 0, and you get 400 xp and 50 sp from a monster, with a 9 level gap you would get around 350 sp and 75 xp. The point of this is so that you can level up more masteries, and maximize more skills later on.

SP farming is like earning more skill points so you can allocate them later on to the skills you desire (see the yellow bar in the lower left side of your display as you play). It it said that you should save more skill points (number beside the yellow bar) around 20K ~30K while your level is still low. so you will not have a hard time earning them when your level is already high.

SP farming is also like earning as much as many skill points in a certain level. This can be done by having a level gap between your character's base level and your masteries' level (e.g. your character's base level is 14 while your mastery level is at level 5). Keeping a bigger gap will earn you more skill points under a certain base level...but the rate at which your character's base level increases is slowed. You can read a more detailed thread in the guides and tutorials section of the forum. :D
