Starting Over, Need Opinions on Builds

I want to start over because I completely messed my 40x up soo long ago and now I'm starting to feel it. So I don't really mind on how long it is to level but I don't really want to SP farm for really long time at level 16. Also I don't feel like going archer but I might as well put them up.
* I'm looking for a build that can do good in all 3 jobs, 1v1, guild wars, and random cape fights near towns.
P.S. I only wanna do pure int or pure str.... no hybrids!

Obviously, you can take out STR blader due to the fact that you don't like to farm long, which gives me the impression you don't like to grind for hours and hours.
And you know that STR bladers have low damage with their swords/blades compared to spears and glaviers, but yeah i'd say Hybrid Spear simply because imo, its the fastest way to get to what you want.

Well, no build is perfect...
I choose the pure str blader because it will stay up, at trades you won't die easily, pvp shield br may save your life. The glavier doens's has this shield protection but kills faster, the pure ints in jobs, you may die from a moment to another due to low life

i think pure STR glavier is the best build for PVP and wars and u with build u dont need ICE ( dont need mana shield ) so u will not have to farming for long time .
