What should i do?
im lv.16
I have lv. 15 on my Fire and Electric
I have lv. 9 on the Spear Thing
And lv.9 on the Arrow
And lv.9 On The Sword
Im kind of a Pure Mage, but i accidentally added few points to strneght
should i start over?
or should i keep onfighting?
plz help me, im rly confuse on what to do!
P.S: how do u get that fire skill that u throw something that looks like a fireball?

I have lv. 9 on the Spear Thing Which is Heuksal. That's for Spear / Glavie users. Spear is for Pure INT / INT-heavy builds, and Glavie is for STR-heavy, Pure STR builds. In your case, out of the two, you'll be using a Spear
And lv.9 on the Arrow Which is Pacheon. Generally, bow and INT doesn't go to well together, seeing as Bows CURRENTLY don't have any skills that buy them time, such as Swords that have Knockdown, and Spear, that has Stun. However, when the skills get updated, Bows will have them, so we'll just have to wait and see if INT-heavy / Pure INT bows will become a viable build. Apart from that, there are some speculations about the usefulness of the 70:70 bow build, which is an INT-heavy Hybrid Build, but that's a little more advanced. If this is your first character, stick with the basics, and read some Guides.
And lv.9 On The Sword Which is Bicheon. If you're going Pure INT, using a sword with the Bicheon tree is one of the best choices you can make. Unless you're going Hybrid, which you already are, Pure INT spears are just a little too fragile

should i start over? No. You don't NEED to start over, unless you want to be a Pure INT. Hybrid Spears actually work very well at the Current Cap right now. Read up on the Guides about Hybrids if you want to know more. If you really want to be Pure, though, start over. It won't take more than a day to get back to Level 16, and later, you might regret not going pure. Once again, read through the Guides before making a final decision, as it'll impact the Build that you have in the future.

P.S: how do u get that fire skill that u throw something that looks like a fireball?SRO players have nicknamed that Fireball, along with other skills, a "Nuke." The actual name of what you're seeing is called Flame-Wave Arrow, and it's a L30 skills in the Fire Tree.

Basically, just start by reading some Guides. If you have more specific questions, come back and ask, but 99% of your questions will be covered in the Guides.
