bow build?

uh. i'm new to this game. what can i do with my bowdude? like what stat build and skill build can i go for? It would really help me.

Pretty Much Anything that Aint INT based... its too weak for a Bow with out BR and Shields etc... As for Forces its up to you alot say you have to have Fire or Ice, but it all depends on what you want to do, IE Unique Hunter, Job, PvP(although if your planning on this dont be a BOW),Healer (Quiet effective) or a General all round Char...

The most common bow builds currently are Pure STR, STR-Heavy, and the 70:70, which is an INT-heavy Bow build, but according to some, works quite well. However, I would suggest, if you're going to make a bow character, to make a Pure. You have quite a nice HP pool, and thus, can tank well, and your Criticals are amazing as well, due to the fact that Critical is directly calculated from STR. And because your Anti-Devil gives you a higher chance to Critical, Bows and crits work very nicely together.

Well since you are new to the game, i suggest that for bow, you should go pure str, as this is the most easiest build to play for a newcomer.

However if you are willing to go into more depth, i suggest that you try a hybrid build as they are proving to be quite effective.
Try maybe a 70:70 Hybrid Bow, Or experiment with a 2str:1int bow those are also causing a big of trouble at higher levels. But as people have said before, just dont do pure int, as its a waste.
