HI at the moment i am 69 full int spear with sosun +5 spear and i dont know whether to continue full int or go hybrid?? please post thoughts :D

I would add STR till 80, you should've gone adding 3~5 lvls ago but to late now I suppose.
Veteran in SOTNW, Cesario.

NO!!! DONT GO HYBRID!!!!

In a few days/weeks, we get the update, with the cold mana shield, u wont need any more HP, just stay full int. Thats an amazing spear, stick with pure int to make the most of it!
