s/s nuker masteries help

ok so i have a lvl 38 s/s pure INT nuker. I am using fire and lightning skills as nukes and only KD + stab for sword. i also have heuksal for passive HP. So my questions are.....

To what level do i level my...

Bicheon?
Heuksal?
Fire?
Light?

For 90 Cap?

Currently I am

Bicheon 32
Heuksal 30
Fire 34
Light 34
