Delevelling skills question

I will be delevelling fire after my SP farming (cos im usuing nukes for farm). Currently im low on SP and was wondering, if i delevel the first book of fire imbue (since im using 2nd book atm) will the 2nd book still work? I know it says u need fire lvl 1 as required skill, but it doesnt say that now i levelled up the 2nd book.

Anyone know?

As long as your using the 2nd book you can delvl the 3rd, but theres one thing you gotta keep in mind, if your 2nd book is lets say lvl 5, your fire mastery lvl must match it. Say you get 2nd fire imbue lvl 5 at lvl 35 fire, you must have fire still on 35 but you can delvl everything else.
