Ok so im lvl 23 and I have a Theifs hook glavie +3 it hits 108-120

My masteries so far is :

The first ice one MAX
2nd Ice shiled one on lvl 5
3rd on lvl 2 the frost one

The Spear/Glavie masteries are
1st one lvl 6
2nd one lvl 3
3rd one lvl 1
4th one lvl 2
5th one lvl 1

Others are

Force
1st one lvl 5
2nd one lvl 1
3rd one lvl 2
4th one lvl 1

Fire
3rd one lvl 1
4th one lvl 1

Lightning
Walk lvl 1
2nd one shield lvl 3

Its difficult without images. But If its your first char, I say experiment, find out what is good or bad, then once you've got the basics down, start again stronger than ever. Or check out one of the build guides and find one that interests you, that should start you on your way.
