Hello, I'm new to this game, and am pretty sure I messed up my stats/skills. I'm hoping my char can be saved, cause I really don't want to start over. I thinks its a complete mess and need some expert advice. Any help will be greatly appreciated..

I started out by putting 2 in INT and 1 in STR, then eventually putting everything in INT. It is my understanding this can not be changed? if so, what should I do from here?

My skills, I really had no clue what I was doing, so I just kept pushing "add" buttons. If this can still be saved, what should i do with the rest of my skill points, and point me in the right direction where to go next. If it's totally messed up, i'll need help with a reskill.

I don't have any major goals, except maybe continuing to exp, and later trade and hunt with a few friends. I dont have to be "strong" in one skill, I'd rather have all around skills if its practical.

Also, my armor, I have a combination of armor and protector, should I stick to one, keep the same or change to garment?

here's my char details:

Str - 74
int - 95

Bicheon Mastery - lvl 26

You're build's not messed up - what's your goal for a build? It's got the makings of a hybrid s/s int nuker. Since you've already placed more int points than str points, a str blader/hybrid str blader build wouldn't be recommended. It's your choice though!

1 - decide on a build. Research on a build - look at different builds for 80 and 90 caps.

2 - select a primary force tree & imbue - some like fire, some like ice. Either way you'll have to have light if go int b/c of the bonuses to speed and magic damage. And there is no rule that says you can't do them all! You can always delevel what you don't need later, so I say try them all and see which ones you like.

3 - level up your primary force tree to match your bicheon level - you'll want to make sure you have enough sp remaining to get at least one nuke (if not two) at L30, no matter which ones you decide to take (light would be easiest since you'll need this anyway for movement. Fire has good damage & fast recharge time, so those are my two suggestions)

4 - be ready to farm some sp, lots of it. Int builds rely on having a lot of SP on hand. Just something to mention, because if you're going int, you'll be farming at some point in the game. Totally up to you when you want to do this, and how much you want to farm. Take a look at the sp calculator links that are provided somewhere on this section & you'll know how much sp you'll need for each build.

- defense choice at your lvl is really whichever provides best defense at that moment. You'll get the defense bonus from getting whatever is providing you with the best protection, and at lower lvls you don't see much of the mp consumption bonus anyway... that movement bonus may help if you drop to all protector, but I say lvl your grasswalk and just buy extra MP pots. Again, your choice! Armor as int is always good choice though, so protector pieces wouldn't hurt too badly early on, but would make your overall phys defense lower at higher lvls.

Hope this helps - check out some of the guides to the different character builds, they have answered a lot of questions for me! Most importantly, this is your character - you can do whatever you like with it! Good luck, and have fun! :)

You are a int hybrid. Look at these guides. My favorite is mcaruu knockdown nuker.

You only need 2 trees for example bichon and light. You will be able to level and play the game. Most people recommend getting another force like fire. Both fire and light have the best nukes. Ice is more of a defensive tree.

The thing is you need to pay for skills with skill points(sp). Unless you plan on farming a lot, only concentrate on 2-3 trees. And once you get your nukes you will only use knockdown, stab, passive and the throw skill from bichon tree. But until you get nukes you can level other skills in bichon that help you grind.
