Some weirdo skill setup:
Str/int 2:1
Ice 90 - Aiming primarily at crowd control
Lightning 60 - Grass Walk and passive (maybe Piercing Force?)
Heukzal 60 - Knockback, stun and passive
Force 90 - Healing and rez, maybe debuffs
Using Glaive and Protector
Before going "Str Hybrids suck", "Ice sucks" consider this: I'm not going for uber damage nor for a primary healer, right? More like a Jack of all Trades assisting the group.
So... Worth trying?

Try 90 pacheon, 80 force, 90 ice, 70 light.
You can use heuksal, but personally I think bow is better support.
Also, I'm not sure if lv 80 force can res lv 90, if not, then just sacrifice a bit of light until you can res lv 90.
[EDIT] Also, fire would be better than ice imo, not just because of more magical damage, but mostly because of magical defence and physical attack. That's needed for str imo.

I agree with the str bow. You are back from the main fight and have a good view of whats going on.
According to the new list of skills that someone snagged from the PK2 files, at lvl 81 you will be able to res to 91, and for some reason with the new skills, with force at 89 you can res lvl 99's

Every build is worth trying. Just be ready for failure. Oh and make sure you stick it out to at least 42, for some reasons hybrids seem to get better in there 40s. If you do go this crazy path definitely get piercing force. Oh and you need a lot more hueksal skills.
Everyone is scared of this build because you wont be able to tank as well as a pure strength, and you may or may not be able to kill anything. Also I don't recommend planning for the 90 cap right now, we don't even know what the skills will be like.
And remember, a Jack of all trades is a master of none!!!
lvl 65 4gap 84:84 bow inactive.

Thanks for the feedback.
Bow is a nice alternative, though I fear that while gaining damage output I'd lose utility (which is the main focus of this build).
It's ok if that char can't tank as well as a pure str, since he won't be in the front line. He's more like running around in the midline, fending off assailants from more tender targets (hence stun and knockback from Heuksal) and of course healing. Mobility is key, which is another reason why bow might not suit the concept.
For the same reason, I know that I sacrifice mag defence from the Fire line, however that would be the only real stuff I'd miss out.
It might sound wierd that I ask for advice then defend the original idea with teeth and nails, though I want to make sure everyone gets the background to that build
Thanks for the remark about rez level though, it's true that I didn't bother checking that.
Yep Jack of all Trades, Master of None... Fine by me, as long as I'm big enough a pain in the *** of the opponents

Why do you have ice maxed? Since you are a str build wouldn't it be better to have hueksal higher, and ice lower?
How do you plan on using ice? Imbue and frost nova?

Pretty much everything maxed in Ice, except for the Frost Nova book (only going for Woods).
Though you're right, 80 Ice might be enough...
