by gap do you mean difference between mastery level and player level

yes i saw this link but i dont see dmg new skills and xxx% dmg you know i need dmg new skills nukes, ...

You can see the damage values on that excel file presented on this post:

The % damage are 300 and 315% but dont remember exactly.
