farming at 16 is important IF

- you have patience
- you have a high farming goal (say 100~300k)
- you have a sox bow (preferably som+)
- you have +int and +str on all your gear

if you have the right gear, you can 1 hit bandit archers at level 16 with
highest mastery at level 7. bandit archers have a high spawn rate and
spawn close to each other. that way, you get the most kills in the least
time which means the most skill xp in the least time.

- if you try it with a normal bow, you will get bored
- take a pet to pickup drops and gold

Level 16 farming is important if you are a low damage build. Nukers can farm at level 52 because they can kill peons (Orange) in one or two hits. However strength builds of the same level need four to five hits, making farming at 53 MUCH slower than farming at 16.
