3:1 hybrid int..how?

I read the sucideGirl's guide on a hybrid build and decided to go with it..but the guide suggests u too add sats at 3:1 ratio and i was wondering how was this possible when we get only 3 points for every lvl up.
Moreover can u guys suggest me on wat force to take and also the weapon.

Sorry for the nnob questions but i want to get right this time befor a starting a new char again(this is my 5th Char :shock:

You get stat pts to spend everytime you lvl, not just once, so keep track of what you spent last lvl. EG: Put all 3 into INT. Next lvl, put 1 into STR and the other 2 into INT. 3:1.

I don't like to suggest builds much because I think it's up to the person and their playstyle. A couple things to consider: For 1handers, sword is for int users and blades for str, for 2handers, spear is for int users and glavie is for str users. I think bows work well either way.

For Forces: Fire does most damage and applies a burn dot.
Lightning carries over to surrounding mobs nearby, and applies an electric dot? (Not sure about the DoT part)
Ice does a slowing affect and can freeze them completely.

I suggest figuring out what you like to do, then find one of the many guides here that explains better than I can.
