I'm currently lvl 13 Glavie pure str in Redsea, and I can't do the dumb quest cuz the bandits always chase after me and kill me. And also, where should I train? Are young tigers ok?

Train on things that are white to you.
I like to train on things that are exactly my level (Well, I'm farming now so I fight tigers and young tigers).
The best thing to do is try and find a mob that gives best xp:time ratio.
To kill archers, I found that just east of the bandit stronghold and west of those mountains is a good place to kill archers if you're not farming.

Fairly good spot but i sometimes find a few people or two in all the times i have restarted haha (i should start some sort of research about anything related to low levels, all those start-over should have a better purpose...)

hmm at 13 i try to go young and normal tigers, i dont see how u gettin owned by bandits, u shouldent rly be diein, anyway. I usualy go to 16 on em then bandits at stronghold then at 18 white/black tiger quests, but i tend to be ahead in lvls then most at those places

Why would you wanna train...seems you're new to this game and if you just do the quests you don't even have to train...(at least not in the beginning...)
