anyone tell me the best farms best skills monsters to train on ive never made a pure/str always been nuker so i need help

Quick guide:
Get Fire buffs and imbue
Get Light buff and grass walk
Get Soul Depart Series and Ghost Spear series
PvP:
Spam SSS -> GSM until target is killed or you die.

best advice i give u for pvp is to get the very least a 72+7 glaive or any glaive with 10+ crit because with +5 or low crit glaive a pure int with shield can just stand there and tank your damage forever.
