mission to make the ultimate character in silkroad and i don't know what weapon to use or what mastery(ies) to use any help would be nice!

There is no ultimate char If there was any, anyone would already have it, and if everyone would have it, then it wouldnt be anymore a ultimate char.

+1. Are you looking to be good in PvP, PvE... what? Different builds dominate in different areas.

Pure STR Blader, I think is an awesome build. You should try it, so far I loved it but the fact being that you level so slow then other builds.

that wont work i need a really fast lvling build and i wont be able to keep 3 masteries up to lvl par

I can say the Nuker build, but you would need a lot of money because you use a lot of MP and HP pots a lot. The only build I think would fit for "fast leveling and high damage" is Pure STR Glaive build. You do less DMG then pure int's (of course) but when you hit a crit with stun or ghost, it instantly kills them, most of the time, and of course the passive is really useful, you get more HP then bladers.

highest damage = pure str fire glaive. ( crits )
Highest average dmg = pure int spear
