Balance for a Hybrid Int Spear?

Guys, im thinking if starting a hybrid int spear, but what would be a good balance for it?
If it helps, im going Ice and Light, no fire

if you are 1:2 int hybrid you should aim (with gear) for a 80%+ mag balance,
however to be an effective nuker you must have 85%+ or maybe even 90% (naked balance)

I dont like 2:1 hybrids, maybe i should be aiming for 85% mag balance naked, then my nukes would still do some damage right?

lol ima 2:1 int hybrid spear and i 2 nukes kill a pure str glavier.

I would go 2:1 if you want to be good in pvp, it will lack a little in pve. If you go for 85% then you will probably die more in pvp and do a little better in pve. I prefer 2:1
