level 38 Farmer spot?

Okey i just read a post and said something about the level 90gap(don't know much about it,just the we get new skills right)
anyway im going to just be a bored loser and farm my a'ss off.
can i farm at stronghold at level 38?
right now i got a level 6 gap.
any good place where i can finish my farming quick.

i would wait for lvl 42, dskill to lvl 33 get a nice sox weapon at 42 and do whites

de-level skills with curst heart quest to level 33 so you have a 9 gap.
and you're crazy if you try to do it at the den.
