Well i started out pure str blader and im lvl 22 now, im wondering if i go hybrid 2 str 1 int would make any difference....Also....

my build im working on

Bicheon 80
Fire 80(main imbue)
Light 80....Do i need Lion shout series?

Str bladers are best as pur str. most ppl would agree with that.
Pur strs generally don't need lion shout (or, u can get lvl1 to attract mob before u get the ranged wep attack).

str bladers deal weak dmg, but can take tons of dmg, hence the can't kill, can't be killed, and u'll also lvl up slowest among all other builds, but u'll not get killed often in pvp/pve.

all that is maken me wanna remake and think of a different build

Yuck! Please stop saying this...when i first started this is what made me not want to be a blader at all...After Observing ive seen that with decent gear bladers can rape...Nukers get owned..and with the quad stab I wont be surprised if there even better...Try it out..oh and bladers just look bad ass.I really dont agree with this..."bladers cant kill and cant be killed" its just a saying..the only thing ive seen bladers have a hard time with is Glaviers(prolly spelled wrong)and thats when there higher level or the same..for the past 2 weeks ive done nothing but get on silk and observe pvp...for like 2 hours at a time..ive learned alot

If you want to add a little int to increase your damage you can. You will loose hp but you will still be a tank compared to the other builds.

DO not add that much int. Only 20 points max.
If you add to much int you will loose the advantage of the blade. Blade reinforces your physical build. If you become to much hybrid you will loose the advantage of the blade.

Yes you will have a hard time killing as a bladder, but you will be the hardest to kill.

This is what I saw with my own eyes that changed my mind about bladders.

lvl 74 bladder named borritoboi. He is out theiving a glavier lvl 74-78 shows up with mercs. He tanks her zerk and 4 fire nuke mercs. He kills them off one by one. Including the glavier who had a +5 glavie.
Yeah he didn't kill her untill her buffs ran out, but no other build could have survived that. By the way he only had +4 garms with close to max blues.

Oh and he had 20 points into int. Would he have done better as pure str, I don't know, but being slightly hybrid didn't hurt him.

@BozidaR, i agree with you, try it out. Its the only way to really know what build you like. Bladers have the lowest dmg & the highest defence, this is true. quad stab? 90 cap update? i won't comment on that since i don't know the skills really after 80 cap. the main advantage of str bladers are hp & shield, hence defence. the "can't kill & can't be killed" may be an exaggeration but there is truth in them, after all, you don't hear ppl saying pur ints spear can't kill & can't be killed

ive watched good bladers & not so good bladers, for the good ones, they win after a long fight, for those that are not so good, they aren't doing much damage and just dying slowly.

@Kel-Kun, im not discouraging you to be a blader, coz there's a lot of good bladers out there (i.e., Fly, D2A ). im just saying the pros & cons. I was a hybrid blader in Red Sea, i was killing mobs too slow & leveling slower. After reaching Lvl 38, i rerolled to persia & tried a pur str glavier, kills faster, but still got ks'd most of the time. so i rerolled once again (still in persia) & became a pur int s/s. im doing the ks now at lvl 36 with som sword + 2 & sos shield + 3
