If i have Str,HP increases on my gear,it also increases my phy. balance?

Only STR increases your phys. balance: HP not.

he means str blues on items , and yes it increases both

hp on gear, no

And if u use Heuksal passive, It wont affect ur balance. Same thing in Force passive.
