Fanning Spear series question

Is a glavier now allowed to move and attack while using a fanning spear skill?

If so, is it worth getting?

yea glaiver can attack while using it...
hmm its good for only few seconds, i would max it out when i farm

its very good against nukers trust me they hit much lower damage :twisted:

this is probably the most ESSENTIAL skill for a glaive.
omg id cry without it, im a bowman and i still got it.
