Need a good fire/light nuker build

Can anyone give me a good fire/light nuker build please. Theres so many opinions i dont know which to decide.

I use a s/s pure int and will be 80 bich/80light/70fire/70ice. If you want to be pure int use s/s if ya want hybrid use spear. when 90 cap comes ice is a must for nukers and light is more important than fire so you will most likely be loosin fire then. But till then best nukers have fire/light/ice trees + wep.
