could not find this .. so if there is a link.. post it please,
basicly, how does the blockrate on shields work?
i have a +3 15 block rate shield at the moment..
so would that work as per 100 hits taken, 15 are randomly blocked?
or a 1 in 15 chance of blocking?

confusign myself now, thanx in advance for replies

it's not a 1 in 15 chance of blocking, or else a block 10 would be better ^^

but it's not 15% either, since an 18 block shield should block more than 18% of the time.

but as for exact numbers, it seems nobody has these. there was a thread about it a little while back, but it's a hard thing to get exact, know what i mean?

When my guild was fighting someonen with a supposed 16 BR shield I was seeing more blocks than numbers. It was insane. I just can't even begin to imagine those ~20 BR shields people talk about
