IdeaL balance for a 1:2 int hybrid spear?

I have done 1:2 every lvl and now i'm lvl 35. My balance is like 69 phys 73 magic. Should my magic be higher? should i put all 3 in magic for a while? what is the ideal balance naked?

.......the only balance possible for a 2:1 int hybrid is 73% int

stay 2:1, u wont hit the balance of a heavy int anymore. 2:1 rockz with decent gear and skills.
