I'm currently lvl 53 farming at penons and nearly finished, all my trees are maxed at 44 - ice, fire, spear and light. My mag balance naked is 87% and im hitting 102% with gear on, I feel that sometimes I don't have enougth hp in pvp, any sugestions on what mag balance to keep still making my nukes effective?

Get your balance at around 83% naked. You will be fine with that.
