im a lvl 10 dude. my total mastery is lvl 20 now.
Is that good? can u give me some advice?

Mastery i the amount of master lvls you have total, 300 is the max so choose your trees wisely and never raise em all, usuall 3 or 4 trees at once

Totally depending on youre build. There are tons of guides where you can find what skills are best for what build.
