lvl 36 with ultra noob questions!

im lvl 36 and have a few questions ive never got round to finding out...
what is hit ratio
what is parry ratio
what does the reinforce values do
what are the percentages after a number on item for

percentages are how much the base of the item has changed.
if the item has 100 phys def at 0% then it will have 150 when it is at 50%

theres a guide on what stats mean, ill try and find it for u, buts ITS LUNCH TIME, ill edit when i find it
