Pure str ice bowman

When new ice cap comes out will this rule, cause no one will be immune anymore plus new skills not manna shield just more defence buffs

It would make more sense for an INT build to go ice because of Mana Shield.
Though, bow with ice is reasonable.
Try the 70:70 build that has been posted.

Your gonna have the second lowest damage in the game.
First is ice/blade.
