GLAVE HEUKSAL PURE STR build

Is this build ok? I`m a bit confused on which would be the best for a tank/damage build. I SP farmed with a 4 level gap and had to spread my SP almost evenly I maxed my HEUKSAL skill to 31 my Lightning skill to 30 and got COLD to 23 just to get the defensive Frost Nova-Wind skill since i get ganged by NPC's and finally I only upgraded my FIRE skill to 20 so that I could get the 2% physical damage increase passive.

What specific skill should I priorotize? I had to maximize my heuksal skill to get the Flying Dragon Spear Series since everyone else around me is in a rush to kill npcs.

btw this is my first char and im in the pacific server.
